It opened in 2014 and occupies an area of ​​45,000 m ² . The hotel has 187 rooms, of which 113 standard rooms (60 overlooking the land, 51 with sea view and 2 for people with special needs), 62 Deluxe rooms, 10 family suite rooms and one royal and presidential suite.

There is a main restaurant Turkuaz , a snack restaurant, 4 à la carte restaurants ( Mermaid – fish, BBQ – barbecue, La Rosetta – Italian and Bonzai – sushi), pastry shop and 5 bars ( Rixos Lounge, Beach, Irish, C-Bar Vitamin, Ice Cream Bar ).

For children there is: Rixy Kid’s Club (4-12 years old), mini disco, children’s pool, Rixy cinema, mini golf, programs and animation.
